Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cstone.ai (the "Site") and the services provided by CStone Agency LLC("CStone.AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

CStone.AI provides AI-driven business systems for service-based businesses, including AI receptionist and voice systems, business process automation, and website and dashboard development. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, order form, or agreement between CStone.AI and the client, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of our clients
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or related services
• Send unsolicited communications in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws

3. Client Responsibilities

If you engage CStone.AI for services, you are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any third-party account access needed to deliver the engagement. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of any delivered system (including outbound calling, texting, or marketing communications) complies with applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to CStone.AI and is protected by intellectual property law. Custom deliverables built for a client under a separate engagement are governed by the ownership terms of that engagement.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Except as otherwise stated in that agreement, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or any delivered system will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CStone Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve (12) months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CStone Agency LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Termination of a services engagement is governed by the applicable agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
